The deluxe double room we were given had an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. Could cook our own meals in kitchen. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was friendly during all this time. The location was marvellous and stunning, not too far from St George's Hall Liverpool.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

Liked our stay, had very comfortable 2 days overall. The room was fantastic and incredible in general, with windows facing the back of the restaurant. The staff was easygoing and always on disposal. We recommend it.

Its location was stunning, so close to restaurants and bars, cafes and shops and bus stop and railways station. Café Bankmore Deli located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The total stay was very special particularly on a business trip. The easy going and pretty friendly staff gave us a nice welcome. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to bars, restaurants and city, restaurants and the airport. It also was close to everything.
